Richard Lunenfeld is a Dean's List graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, from which he earned a B.A. in Economics. He obtained his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1992, after serving as intern to the Honorable Alfred H. Kleiman of the New York State Supreme Court, (while in law school).
After clerking for the Law Offices of Ronald J. Korybski, Mr. Lunenfeld functioned as an associate attorney for several firms, including Pops & Associates, Porges Law Offices and C.Y. Huang Law Offices. Prior to coming to Farber, Rosen and Kaufman in 2007, Mr. Lunenfeld was Senior Attorney at Goldstein & Greenlaw, LLP.

Mr. Lunenfeld has extensive experience in the negotiation of real estate, management, banking and vendor contracts, and has directed construction, shareholder derivative, real estate and landlord-tenant actions. He currently functions as Transactional and Litigation Counsel to various banks and lenders, providing them the benefit of his considerable background in commercial and residential real estate and mortgage transactions.
